(b) The rights and requirements of this chapter:(1) are subordinate to the rights pertaining to oil, gas, and coal reserves; and(2) shall in no way adversely affect oil, gas, and coal reserves.(c) Notwithstanding any other law, nothing in this chapter may be construed to preclude the rights provided under IC 14-37-9.As added by P.L.291-2019, SEC.11.
