'Abandon', for purposes of IC 14-37, means to:(1) terminate operations of a well for oil and gas purposes; and(2) reclaim and restore the site of the well in a manner that will protect the waters and lands of Indiana against pollution.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-8-2-2.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.1.
