The division director:(1) is in charge of the division and has general supervision of the work of the division;(2) serves at the pleasure of the governor;(3) shall be selected on the basis of training and experience; and(4) must have had at least five (5) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a law enforcement agency closely associated with conservation to equip the division director for the position.[Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-4-2.]As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.2.
