§ 15-14-10-1

(a) This section applies to a county corn growers' association or horticulture society with at least:(1) fifty (50) members in the local association or society; and(2) ten (10) members in the state association or society.(b) In a county where an agricultural fair or association:(1) does not exist; or(2) is not active;the county council and the board of county commissioners may annually appropriate and pay to any county corn growers' association or horticultural society up to two hundred dollars ($200) to be used in the payment of cash awards.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-1-9-1.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.5.
