As used in this chapter, 'cool season lawn and turf grasses' includes:(1) Kentucky bluegrass, red fescue, chewings fescue, hard fescue, tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, intermediate ryegrass, annual ryegrass, colonial bentgrass, or creeping bentgrass; and(2) mixtures of any of the grasses referred to in subdivision (1).As added by P.L.75-2010, SEC.2.
