Purdue University is designated and authorized as the agency of the state to receive:(1) cooperative funds from the United States Department of Agriculture for research, education, and marketing services as authorized in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1621 et seq.); or(2) any other cooperative funds provided by the United States Department of Agriculture for research, education, and marketing services.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-2-4.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.6.
