As used in this chapter, 'agricultural hemp seed' means Cannabis sativa seed that meets any labeling, quality, and other standards set by the state seed commissioner and that is intended for sale or is sold to, or purchased by, licensed growers for planting.As added by P.L.165-2014, SEC.1.
