As used in this chapter, 'grower' means:(1) an individual, a partnership, a company, or a corporation that produces hemp for commercial purposes; or(2) a person, as part of a hemp research program conducted by a state educational institution (as defined by IC 21-7-13-32).As added by P.L.165-2014, SEC.1.
