(b) Inspection fees collected under this chapter must be used to pay all necessary expenses incurred in carrying out this chapter, including the following:(1) Employing inspectors and chemists.(2) Procuring samples.(3) Printing bulletins.(4) Giving the results of inspections as provided for by this chapter.(5) Any other expenses incurred by Purdue University agricultural programs:(A) authorized by law; and(B) in support of the purposes of this chapter.(c) The dean of agriculture of Purdue University shall make an annual classified report to the:(1) governor;(2) legislative council; and(3) budget committee;showing the total receipts and expenditures of all fees received under this chapter.
