As used in this chapter, 'isolation area' means the area that is:(1) located within two hundred (200) feet of a community public water supply system production well that serves at least fifteen (15) service connections used by year-round residents or regularly serves at least twenty-five (25) year-round residents; and(2) intended to protect ground water from direct contamination by pesticides.As added by P.L.29-2024, SEC.25.
