(b) Except as provided in subsection (c), a person may not act as a licensed public applicator unless the person has obtained a license from the state chemist.(c) A person who is not a licensed public applicator may use a restricted use pesticide if the person is under the direct supervision of a licensed public applicator.(d) The public applicator's license is valid only when the applicator is using or supervising the use of restricted use pesticides by public agencies.
