A person may not do the following:(1) Engage in the business of operating a disposal plant without first obtaining a license for each disposal plant operated and any vehicle certificates required by this chapter.(2) Transport over the roads the body of a dead animal not slaughtered for human food unless the person:(A) holds a license to operate a disposal plant or collection service in Indiana or is acting for a licensee; or(B) is exempt under this article.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-16-2.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.
