Subject to section 8 of this chapter, the fees for licenses issued under this chapter are as follows:(1) The base license fee for each disposal plant, including transport vehicle certificates, is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).(2) The license fee for each substation is twenty dollars ($20).(3) The collection service license fee, including transport vehicle certificates, is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-16-7.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.
