(b) The board may take the following actions for a violation of this section:(1) Issue an order of compliance under IC 4-21.5-3-6, IC 4-21.5-3-8, or IC 4-21.5-4.(2) Levy a civil penalty under IC 4-21.5-3-6.(3) Both of the actions listed in subdivisions (1) and (2).(c) The board may, by rules adopted under IC 4-22-2, adopt a schedule of civil penalties that may be levied for violations of this section.
