§ 15-17-5-25

A person who knowingly:(1) makes a false entry or statement of fact in a report required to be made under this chapter or in any account, record, or memorandum kept by a person subject to this chapter;(2) fails to make full, true, and correct entries in the accounts, records, or memoranda of all facts and transactions pertaining to the person's business;(3) removes out of Indiana or damages, alters, or falsifies documentary evidence of a person subject to this chapter; or(4) refuses to submit to the state veterinarian or board or to the state veterinarian's or board's authorized agent for the purpose of inspection and taking copies of documentary evidence of a person subject to this chapter in the person's possession or within the person's control;commits a Level 6 felony.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-24-27.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.
