(a) After a county council makes an appropriation to conduct a testing program under this chapter, the board of county commissioners of the county shall enter into a contract with the board concerning the work to be done in the county and the expenses paid by the county.(b) The board shall prescribe a standard contract for all counties concerning expenditures for incidental items and the employment of veterinary inspectors.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-8-2.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.
