The veterinarians must:(1) satisfy the requirements for an applicant to practice veterinary medicine set forth under IC 25-38.1;(2) be licensed to practice in Indiana; and(3) be accredited by the United States Department of Agriculture.(b) The board shall supervise the veterinarians employed under this chapter.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-8-3.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.
