After a program for the control and eradication of brucellosis has begun in a county, each cattle owner in the county shall:(1) comply with all existing rules and federal regulations to maintain the county's certification;(2) upon notice by a representative of a local, state, or federal cooperating agency, confine the owner's cattle in suitable quarters for testing; and(3) render reasonable assistance in testing.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-8-10.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.
