(b) The board may approve an industry plant sampler who meets the following requirements:(1) The person has submitted an application for an industry plant sampler permit to the board.(2) The person has demonstrated the person's sampling proficiency by passing a performance based evaluation.(3) The person has passed a written examination given by the board.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-23-3.5.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.9.
