(b) Adulterated or misbranded milk or a milk product may be impounded by the board and disposed of in accordance with IC 16-42-1 and IC 16-42-2-6. For purposes of this section, references in IC 16-42-1 and IC 16-42-2-6 to:(1) 'state health commissioner' refer to the state veterinarian; and(2) 'department' refer to the board.(c) Milk and milk products must conform to the standards in this chapter and in the rules adopted by the board.
