All money that is disbursed as prescribed in section 8 of this chapter must be divided so that of all the money dispensed in any one (1) year:(1) at least sixty percent (60%) is supplemented for use in prescribed programs of county and 4-H fairs; and(2) not more than forty percent (40%) is used to supplement purses at the Indiana state fair.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-5.5-9.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.10.
