The state chemist shall publish at least annually, in a form that the state chemist considers proper:(1) information concerning the distribution of commercial feeds, together with data on their production and use that the state chemist considers advisable; and(2) a report of the results of the analyses of official samples of commercial feeds distributed within Indiana.However, the information concerning production and use of commercial feed may not disclose the operations of any person.[Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-13-25.]As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.10.
