(b) The board may inspect and audit any:(1) commercial dog breeder;(2) commercial dog broker;(3) retail pet store;(4) animal care facility; or(5) animal rescue operation;that the board has reason to believe violates this article, or has reason to believe that a higher frequency of inspections is necessary for a high risk entity.As added by P.L.4-2024, SEC.31.
