'Onsite residential sewage discharging disposal system', for purposes of IC 16-19-3, means a sewage disposal system that:(1) is located on a site with and serves a one (1) or two (2) family residence; and(2) discharges effluent offsite.As added by P.L.172-2002, SEC.5.
