'Pregnant woman', for purposes of IC 16-26, means an individual of any age who:(1) has been a resident of Indiana continuously for at least sixty (60) days before her pregnancy;(2) has verified her pregnancy and intends to carry her pregnancy to term or has given birth to a child; and(3) is in need of assistance and temporary residence.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-2.5-1-5.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.1.
