(a) 'Certificate' or 'certification', for purposes of IC 16-31, means authorization in written form issued by the Indiana emergency medical services commission to a person to furnish, operate, conduct, maintain, advertise, or otherwise engage in providing emergency medical services as a part of a regular course of doing business, either paid or voluntary.(b) 'Certificate', for purposes of IC 16-42-5.2, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-42-5.2-3.7.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-39-2 part.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.1.
