(b) Rules adopted under this section must include the following:(1) Remediation standards for a site that has been contaminated by the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance.(2) The procedure for the issuance of a certification of decontamination by a qualified inspector under section 3(a) of this chapter.(3) Requirements for the documentation of remediation required by section 3(b) of this chapter.As added by P.L.111-2018, SEC.10.
