(b) As required under 52 U.S.C. 21083, after January 1, 2006, the department shall provide information to the election division to coordinate the computerized list of voters maintained under IC 3-7-26.3 with the department records concerning individuals identified as deceased under IC 3-7-45.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-3-5.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.2.
