The state department may enter into partnerships and joint ventures to encourage best practices in the following:(1) The identification and testing of populations at risk of disease related to substance use disorder.(2) The health care treatment of incarcerated individuals for conditions related to substance use disorder.As added by P.L.208-2015, SEC.6.
