A city or county may appropriate money out of the general fund of the city or county to assist incorporated public health nursing associations, organized and operated not-for-profit and solely for the promotion of public health and the suppression of disease, in carrying on the work of the public health nursing associations within the city or county.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-5.5-1.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.3.
