The amount appropriated under section 1 of this chapter may not exceed the amount that could be collected from annually levying a tax on each one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property in the city or county as follows:(1) For a city, one and sixty-seven hundredths cents ($0.0167).(2) For a county, thirty-three hundredths of one cent ($0.0033).[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-5.5-2.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.3.
