The state department may do any of the following:(1) Change the perinatal level of care designation for a hospital or birthing center if the state department determines that the hospital or birthing center failed to meet the standards necessary for the designated perinatal level of care.(2) Investigate a complaint against a hospital or birthing center concerning a perinatal certification.As added by P.L.16-2018, SEC.2.
