(2) A psychiatric hospital (as defined in IC 12-7-2-151).(b) Each hospital shall adopt, implement, and periodically update evidence based sepsis guidelines for the early recognition and treatment of patients with sepsis, severe sepsis, or septic shock that are based on generally accepted guidelines.
