With the approval of the budget director and upon the recommendation of the budget committee, each county that has incurred costs for an individual with a communicable disease under:(1) IC 16-41-1;(2) IC 16-41-2;(3) IC 16-41-3;(4) IC 16-41-5;(5) IC 16-41-6;(6) IC 16-41-7;(7) IC 16-41-8;(8) IC 16-41-9; or(9) IC 16-41-13;is entitled to a pro rata share of the money remaining at the end of the state fiscal year in the fund established under this chapter.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-8.5-5.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.4.
