A physician or sexual assault nurse examiner who provides forensic medical exams and additional forensic services shall provide the forensic medical exams and additional forensic services to an alleged sex crime victim under this chapter with the consent of the alleged sex crime victim.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-10-1.5-4.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.4.
