The governing board of the authority may finance and construct a hospital building for use by the city hospital operating under IC 16-23-1, on land owned or leased by the authority as set forth in section 28 of this chapter, and lease the land and buildings to the county or city for the use and benefit of the city hospital in accordance with this chapter.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12-20.5-9(a).]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.5.
