Written notice shall be sent to each appointee.(b) The initial terms are as follows:(1) One (1) member for a term of one (1) year.(2) One (1) member for a term of two (2) years.(3) One (1) member for a term of three (3) years.(4) Two (2) members for a term of four (4) years.(c) At the expiration of the term of a member, the county executive shall appoint a successor for a four (4) year term.
