As used in this chapter, 'hospital':(1) means a hospital (as defined in IC 16-18-2-179(b)) that is owned, operated, or managed by a municipality or political subdivision within the territorial jurisdiction of the corporation created by section 6 of this chapter; and(2) does not include state or federal owned or operated hospitals.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12-21-1 part.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.5.
