§ 16-23-1-43

If a city to which this chapter applies becomes a city of a different class, the hospital may continue to be maintained, operated, improved, remodeled, and enlarged, and real property acquired, as provided in this chapter as if the classification had not changed.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12.2-5-36.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.6.
