(a) The resident officer of the hospital shall do the following:(1) Admit the managers and the county executive or representatives of the managers and the county executive into every part of the hospital.(2) Give the managers and the county executive access on demand to all hospital accounts and records and shall furnish copies, abstracts, and reports whenever required by the managers and the county executive.(b) Hospitals established or maintained under this chapter are subject to inspection by an authorized representative of the county executive of the county. The resident officers shall do the following:(1) Admit these representatives into every part of the hospital and the hospital's buildings.(2) Give the representative access on demand to all records, reports, books, papers, and accounts pertaining to the hospital.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-11-1-10.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.7.
