The board consists of four (4) members who are residents of the county, and at least two (2) of whom must be licensed physicians.(b) The initial appointments are as follows:(1) One (1) member for a term of four (4) years.(2) One (1) member for a term of three (3) years.(3) One (1) member for a term of two (2) years.(4) One (1) member for a term of one (1) year.(c) Appointments of successors are for terms of four (4) years.
