Two (2) of the members must be licensed and practicing physicians. Not more than two (2) of the members may belong to the same political party. The board is a body corporate and politic.(b) The term of office of each member of the board is four (4) years and until a successor is appointed and qualified. However, the first term of one (1) of the members expires annually.
