An employee of a hospice who:(1) is a licensed pharmacist, registered nurse, or licensed practical nurse; and(2) administers a drug listed in section 3 of this chapter;may administer the drug only in the residence of a hospice patient or home health patient under the order of a licensed physician in connection with the provision of emergency treatment or the adjustment of parenteral drug therapy or vaccine administration.As added by P.L.105-1998, SEC.1.
