The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that:(1) women considering abortion after receiving a diagnosis of a lethal fetal anomaly are informed of the availability of perinatal hospice care; and(2) women choosing abortion after receiving a diagnosis of a lethal fetal anomaly are making a fully informed decision.As added by P.L.213-2016, SEC.12.
