(b) The perinatal brochure developed under this section must include the following:(1) A description of the health care and other services available from perinatal hospice.(2) Information that medical assistance benefits may be available for prenatal care, childbirth, and perinatal hospice.(3) Information regarding telephone 211 dialing code services for accessing grief counseling and other human services as described in IC 12-13-16, and the types of services that are available through this service.As added by P.L.213-2016, SEC.12.
