§ 16-31-5-4-2

To exercise the privilege to practice under the terms and provisions of this compact, an individual must:(1) be at least eighteen (18) years of age;(2) possess a current unrestricted license in a member state as an EMT, an AEMT, a paramedic, or at a state recognized and licensed level with a scope of practice and authority between EMT and paramedic; and(3) practice under the supervision of a medical director.As added by P.L.3-2020, SEC.1.
