(a) The:(1) attorney general;(2) prosecuting attorney; or(3) commission;may, in accordance with the Indiana laws governing injunctions, maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin a person from violating this article or the rules adopted under this article.(b) An injunction issued under this section does not relieve a person from criminal prosecution under this article or the rules adopted under this article.
