(b) As used in this section, 'volunteer firefighter' has the meaning set forth in IC 36-8-12-2.(c) A certificate or paramedic license is not required for a volunteer fire department or volunteer firefighter to engage in extrication or rescue services.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-39-12(d).]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.14.
