§ 16-31-5-2

A city, town, or county may not adopt an ordinance that restricts a person from providing ambulance services in the city, town, township, or county if:(1) the person is authorized to provide ambulance services in any part of another county; and(2) the person has been requested to provide ambulance services:(A) to the county in which the person is authorized to provide ambulance services, and those services will originate in another county; or(B) from the county in which the person is authorized to provide ambulance services, and those services will terminate in another county.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-39-15(b).]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.14.
