S.C. 701 et seq.).(b) In the administration of the money, the state department shall cooperate with the United States Department of Health and Human Services and other federal and state agencies to do the following:(1) Extend and improve services for locating children and for providing medical, surgical, corrective, and other services and care, and facilities for diagnosis, hospitalization, and aftercare for children who are suffering from conditions that lead to special health care needs.(2) Cooperate with medical, health, nursing, and welfare groups and organizations of Indiana in the enforcement and administration of this section.(3) Develop plans that are necessary to effectuate the services contemplated in this section and to comply with the regulations and requirements of the United States Department of Health and Human Services under the federal Social Security Act.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6.5-2-2.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.18.
